DSC_0024_1nnI’ve never been a huge fan a fruit for breakfast but smoothies have made me a convert. Behold this Peach Cobbler Smoothie. Peach, coconut yogurt, a bit of maple syrup, crushed ice & my awesome immersion blender (thanks Meg!) and boom, summer in a glass.
